Crizabella Pools opened it’s doors in 2008. Our core team consists of a husband, wife, son and grandfather. Yes, we are truly a family company.
Each member of our team has extensive experience in the pool industry. We have worked for other pool companies and have observed the weaknesses in the pool industry: sloppy management, disinterested employees and a real lack of customer service. We saw people being inconsiderate, rude and even disrespectful to their customers. It was a tough pill to swallow.
When it was time to move on, we all sat around the dinner table and made a plan to be a different kind of pool company. A pool company that provides a personal touch, values customer relationships and builds trust with the people that depend on them.
Over the years, we had perfected our skills and roles. So when it was time to set up shop, everything fell into place. Almost immediately, we were able to offer a full menu of services and do what we do best – clean and simple pool service.
As equal partners, and family members, we trust each other to put love and care into every task – from cleaning to repairs. One of us is always involved, so we know that the job will be done right the first time. It’s a good feeling.
The future of Crizabella Pools looks a lot like the american dream. We are building a fulfilling and successful business that provides food, comfort and happiness. It’s worked out great so far.
To maintain our special personal touch, we want to stay small. Our goal is to be just the right size to provide each of our customers with outstanding service.
In our free time, we never really stop talking about pools. It’s a little embarrassing. We work 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, but if we get some free time, you’ll find us at a family BBQ by the pool.
